When you use the enquiry form or send us an email, we collect the information you provide. Typically your name, email address, phone number, project location, likely project value, the name of any architect you've appointed, and a description of your project.

Our website does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or any third-party tracking technology.

Information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and deliver any project you instruct us on, and to comply with our legal, tax and contractual obligations.

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell your information. Limited sharing with appointed consultants (e.g. architects, engineers) may be necessary during the delivery of a project you instruct. This only happens with your knowledge.

4. Legal basis

We process information on the basis of (a) your consent when you submit an enquiry, (b) our legitimate interests in responding and managing the firm's business, and (c) contract performance where you instruct us on a project.

5. Retention

Enquiries are retained for up to two years unless a project is instructed, in which case project correspondence is retained for the period required by statute (typically six years post-project completion) to meet professional and legal obligations.
