HXL Construction Ltd was formed to deliver residential construction with senior commercial discipline at its core. The firm operates from Ruislip, serving London prime, prime-fringe and the surrounding Home Counties.

Our work is a mix of private residential new builds and refurbishments, small residential developments for investor clients, and heritage-sensitive schemes on listed and conservation-area stock. Schemes typically sit between £500k and £5m+, delivered under JCT Standard or Design & Build.

Planning coordination, structural consultancy, M&E, build and fit-out sit under one main contract. You appoint HXL once. Every sub-contractor, specialist and consultant answers to our team.

Architect-first delivery

The majority of our work is built to another firm's drawings. We treat those drawings as the specification, not a negotiating position. Architects who have worked with us, work with us again.

Built around the rectification period

A contractor's reputation is made in the twelve months after practical completion, not the six before. We invest in aftercare because repeat business and word-of-mouth are our acquisition channel.
