HXL's planning team manages the council-facing side of a residential project. We work from your architect's drawings, prepare and lodge the submissions, coordinate statutory consultees, and manage the amendments and approvals through to decision. Your architect designs. We handle the council.

We have live experience across Camden, Westminster, RBKC, Richmond upon Thames, Hillingdon, Harrow, Three Rivers, Buckinghamshire Council (Marlow, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross), Elmbridge and Runnymede.
