What we deliver in education.
HXL is actively delivering works for the education sector, with live engagement at Rickmansworth School and John Locke Academy. Our scope spans classroom refurbishment, estate upgrades, mechanical and electrical renewals, accessibility improvements and safeguarding-compliant external works. All delivery is DBS-screened, CDM 2015 compliant and scheduled around term-time and holiday windows.

Yes. All HXL operatives and sub-contractors attending an education site hold enhanced DBS clearance, with right-to-work and safeguarding inductions recorded.
Yes. Summer-holiday works are a core part of our education offering. Programmes are planned back from the first day of term, with clear contingency and phased snagging.

Yes. HXL is compatible with DfE-approved frameworks, MAT procurement procedures and standard JCT Intermediate / Minor Works contracts.
