What we deliver in landscaping.
HXL's landscaping line delivers the full ground-works-to-finish scope. From structural retaining walls and drainage to paving, planting, lighting and irrigation. Delivered as part of a main contract for our residential and development clients, and tendered as a standalone package for local authorities and institutional clients. JCT Standard, NEC 3/4 or framework-compatible.

What clients ask us about landscaping.
Yes. HXL is set up to tender for Hillingdon Council, Three Rivers District Council and wider London borough frameworks, as well as housing association and estate clients. Happy to provide SQ/PQQ-ready documentation.
Yes. For private residential and development clients, landscaping sits inside the JCT main contract so there is no trade gap between hard build and external works at handover.
A mix. Hard landscaping and structural works are self-delivered by our operatives. Specimen planting and irrigation are delivered via vetted specialist sub-contractors under our supervision.
From £25k private garden schemes up to £500k+ public realm or multi-plot amenity landscaping. Larger frameworks considered on a case-by-case basis.
